Enter because I saw 45% promotions, and buy 2 bracelets, 2 charms and 1 ring. The worker did not know what products were with the promotion, and neither did she find the location of anything. Her attitude was very unkind. I expect better quality in customer service next time.

The assistant dropped my charm on the floor and didn't offer a new one just said oops which I thought wasn't great as it wasn't my fault she dropped it. Fortunately it isn't marked but not a great experience

i was in need for a birthday charm but the store only had maybe 2 options that said happy birthday i know i wasn’t looking to spend to much but the limited options doesn’t give you a choice and this stores conveniently closer than others.

I was told to go to the pandora in Westfield mall in NYC and I purchase the bracelet set and when I got there I only received the bracelet, clips and the charm. Come to find I was suppose to get a hanging charm as well. Nothing was done to resolve and still ended up paying full price of the set. I told the sales lady and she by pass the problem I was having.

The staff at this location didn't seem like they wanted to help us, although some were free. At least greet ppl coming in as ask if they need help, it's standard procedure in most retail stores.

I felt like the associate was just trying to sell me more merchandise, I only wanted one charm and she didn’t want to sell me just one, she said that a minimum of 2 charms was required which I have not experienced ever before, I felt cheated by her.

Sales associate wasn’t friendly Sales associate didn’t make me feel comfortable. Sales associate had an attitude.

There was a clear sign that indicated a 10% discount for essential workers. I was not given the discount. The associate seemed agitated through the thr entire checkout process. I mentioned getting my bracelet cleaned and was looked at in disgust. Will never return to this location, ever.

I asked the sales person to show me charms. I did not want anything specific. She kept asking what do you want instead of showing me trays so I could pick what I like. Went in to buy several charms for my bracelet. Only brought one. She did not know the prices either. I got frustrated and left.
