The sale brought a lot of people out and the store became crowded .I think when it's crowded the associates should have the customers make a line outside and should enter a few at a time

The sales associate wasn’t knowledgeable of the product and the location where the charms are placed. Adi the carnsnor links weren’t organized. It was located all over the store and was difficult and time consuming to locate a charm or to even confirm if they have one of the kind I was looking for.

The sales associate was incompetent and has no sense of customer service. I went in to purchase 3 charms that were part of the winter sale. Firstly, she was rushing me along and seemed annoyed I was asking to see charms part of the sale. Secondly, when she rung it up, one of the charms (which was in the sale tray) rang up at $35 instead of the $17.50 it should be. When I asked, she said that the charm was originally much more expensive and that $35 was the sale price. Mind you this was an openworks bead which normally retails at $35 originally so I told her I changed my mind. She tried to return all the charms I bought to process a refund for the $17.50 which she made seem that she was doing me a favor. It was a mess overall because then she was telling me to sign a transaction in which I would be refunded $63 which was clearly a mistake. When I pointed this out to her, she got annoyed and asked what I want...mind you I was trying to be honest and tell her that I should only get back the $17.50+tax that she overcharged before. Very poor attitude and even poorer math skills.

I didn’t have my bracelet that long I am not satisfied with the one I got because they did not have the one that broke.thats why I will return to take it back ,but the girl really tired

Customer service was horrible I was completely looked over when they were going around asking other customers for help only one lady behind the counter actually went out her way to assist me (she’s black with a light brown bob, very sweet ), really wish I bought her name cause she’s the only one who cared to help everyone else either had an attitude or didn’t even acknowledge me

I wasn’t satisfied because the employee was very rude. She threw my merchandise roughly on the table. Overall was rude and looked annoyed.

The store was set up to make people feel like there is a high theft risk. Took forever to locate the items, they were not well organized, and they keys to open the boxes did not work well. You need a better system with items close by where it doesn't feel like a vault.

I was not satisfied with my Pandora experience for three reasons: 1. The lack of available sales representative available to assist customers. 2. It was not made clear to me that there was a system in place as to how customers would be serviced. 3. There was no clear way for the sales representative to maintain a clear sense of what items were available without having to check the drawers because the location did not appear to be keeping track of this.

When asked an employee to view an item, employee just handed it to me without explaining to me why I should buy it. She didn’t sell me the merchandise, merchandise sold itself. Didn’t speak much, was focused on organizing rather than helping.
