The associates seemed irritated that I was shopping there. She was irritated that I was a tourist. I purchased 2 charms and she tossed them in a box. She did not put a ribbon through either one of the charms. It was not the "normal" Pandora experience that I receive in Michigan where I purchase many charms at $100 plus each time.

Sales associates look really disheveled, my sales associate had herpes blisters (queens center) on her lips and it was really obvious. In another location in Fulton train station the Rep who helped us didn’t give us bags or boxes, and he was not professional at all even though we spent $300. There should be a balance of quality of merchandise and professionalism of brand, otherwise it makes me feel like I’m paying for something fake

The store had a large selection, but the sale associates was rude and very cold. I walked in to the store there was three associates in the store two was helping other customers the third was standing around I asked a question she walked away as if not hearing me, I asked a different associate for help she was kind and told me that once she get finish with the two customers she had she would help me. The associate that did have a customer was asked to help me , she did but she was very rude and cold with her response to me. I will not be returning to the location, if I have to deal with that associate. In a store ore any place that deal with people the staff should be trained on how to interact with people( show respect ).

The store wasn’t clean or tidy! The top trays were almost empty, sakes assistant chewing gum and leaning all over counters and generally rude and unhelpful.

Sales assistants did not ask how we were or apologise for delays in assisting us. Sales assistants had things spread over counters so we couldn't see charms. Assistant who eventually served us was chewing gum and seemed highly bored. He didn't know if he had the charm in stock (or if it existed) and I actually found it myself when he was looking in a different cabinet.

Sales associate was unfriendly and rushing me. No patience. Store had a waiting list/line but thats no reason to rush a client and have an unfriendly face expression throughout my purchase. I bought two charms and took 10minutes for the most of the sales associate’ time. Those 10minutes were very uncomfortable! I bought the charms because i was on vacation. If not, i would have walked out

I walked in the store to purchase gifts for my sister but none of the store associates had welcomed my friend or I and about 20 minutes later, a store associate finally asked me if I needed help. Then when I asked if the pearl I was purchasing was fresh water or saltwater-they seemed unsure.

I was shown charms that were in the locked cabinets in trays at below knee level, however, the sales associate cited store policy that trays cannot be brought out of the cabinet onto the glass display counter for viewing. Unbeknownst to her, I had ran a marathon two days before and my knees and shins were still very sore. I requested on a few occasions to have the trays elevated and was declined. However, needing an anniversary present for my wife, I was left with no option to select a charm without careful deliberation.

i took a 3 day trip to New York so our time was very limited. I was on a budget with spending for gifts for loved ones and self because on the weekend myself and a few moms had our strollers robbed at an amusement park. I decided to pop in to a pandora store to treat myself with a charm as my souvenir for my NY trip but was on a budget. The sales associate gave me the wrong prices for the charms I was looking for. She quoted cheaper than they really were and the charm I picked was within budget. It took the sales associate at least 20 minutes to cash me out because she said the charm was an old one and she had to manually punch in the code. I was in a hurry to get home so I didnt take a look at the transaction and gave her the cash for the grand total. When I got home, I took a look at the receipt because I spent more than expected and realized it was because she misquoted me . I traveled an hour and a half from Jamaica to get down to the world trade center and an hour and a half to get back. I am unfamiliar with other pandora stores in new york and also I didn't have time to go and return it because my 3 day trip made time limited.
