I went in because of the promotion of the free jewelry box. Friday I went in and Frank said someone will be with me soon. 15 mins later I was still waiting. I am a frequent shopper there and I felt like I was brushed off. There were two other sales associates there and he asked the free one to help someone else. Frank never made eye contact nore did he say I will be right with you, or apologized for the long wait. I decided to try again today Sunday. Jenelle tried to assist me but she didn’t have any knowledge of the merchandise I wanted. I didn’t receive my jewelry box and I wasn’t satisfied with the associate. I much rather had Sam or Genesis even Amber. Honestly I am going to call another location to see if they have the jewelry box and return and rebuy. If frank would have been more attentive and valued customers I would have had my free gift.

The people in the Store of Westfield mall are amazing and so helpful!!! Before there I visited the store on 34 herald square NYC and I asked for my item in person and they told me they don’t have the item without even looking for it! I asked again and they told me to leave. On the pandora store on Westfield mall where I’m so satisfied of the service they looked it up and they said that the previous pandore had the item too so please do something about it cause it’s not ok to say they don’t have it without even looking!

Hello. I have visited 3 Pandora stores and in each one the associates have given me immense attitude and difficultly in what I was trying to accomplish. Specifically the Times Square NY store and Queens Center Mall store. All I was trying to do is return merchandise that was gifted to me (have full receipt of payment and all documents required of the gift purchase) for a gift card. I am not asking for a refund or return at all, I asked for the money to be put on a gift card (and I have a gift card already for it to be put on from someone else on my birthday). I am going to call customer service tomorrow to speak to someone as well but I am writing it here because they refused to do something for me in the store. Times Square all the associates were looking at one another making eye rolls and giving me attitude when I know it’s possible for them to give me a gift card - and in Queens Center they refused to give me a gift card when all I’m asking for is to put my return on the gift card. I still want to make my return please.

I was not satisfied at all how my situation was handled. I came into the store because I purchase a bracelet in another state and I didn't like that it kept loosing up. So I walked into this Pandora since I come here a lot to see what they can do. The girls tried to see if a Clip would help but it didn't. So I was offered to exchange it. But because I bought it in another state they was telling me that I have to pay TAX which makes no sense and not sure why they couldn't help me. I was very disappointed but I had no choice but to pay because the one I had was not working with me.

First off, the associate with the wait list when I originally came in was extremely rude. She finally put me and my friend on the wait list and called us but had a horrible attitude and was very rude when I suggested that the bracelet my friend was trying on did not fit because of her nails and I kindly offered to help assist with putting the bracelet on my friend. Then the one who checked me out comes laughing telling the rude associate “I see you”, not sure if it was an inside joke or cattiness but then thankfully the rude associate told me she would not be attending me but the one who checked me out would be. I did not catch her name but it was a Hispanic female with long nails. My friend will also be returning the bracelet as it fit her too big & she was not very content but felt pressured. I’ve always shopped at Pandora here in FL and have never experienced such nasty customer service. Thankfully I will never be returning to this location.

When we walked into the store, the associates stated there is a waiting list. It took a few times asking where the waiting the list could be found until an associated looked up and took our names down. Eventhough we would be next the associate never stated it that. The associate was very negative and fast in trying to sale me the wrong size in a the bracelet. When it came to helping my friend she passed her on to someone else. The bracelet is way to big and when asked for a smaller size she said this would be the only size.

The woman that helped me was officially the worst attention that i had in any store, she treated bad my wife an i. You should hire good people not that kind of unkind full ones. This is a experience store so it has to be food to buy
