The guy was really annoying

I'm a tourist to to New York I knew I wanted the New York Apple the lady was so rude and unfriendly. I would never go back

I was ignored by sales associates for a long time. When I was finally helped, I was rushed through the process even though I made a purchase. It was clear they felt that I was wasting their time.

The clerk (who may have been a manager) waited on me right away, and retrieved the three items I wanted. When I was ready to pay, he said he had to go do something and would be back shortly. Several minutes passed by and I asked another clerk to check on it. She came back and said he would be back soon. Again, several minutes passed by so I asked another clerk. She went back to talk to him, laughed about it, and then she finally came out & checked me out. It probably took an extra 10-15 minutes or so to check out, and it was unclear why. Customer service was highly lacking and I almost walked out of the store without purchasing anything.

i went to the store to purchase 3 rings and some charms during your promo of buy2 get 1 free. however, the sale girl and mgr did not have in stock & were unable to order asking if I could come back. I did the next day & was told sale was over & that I had to pay full price for items. When I stated what they told me to do they said they could not honor and was sorry for that. I went back on Fri during 35% sale only to find 1 of the 6 items I needed on sale which I got & was again sorry not there issue. Spoke w Dana who was trying to help but couldn't seem to do anything very disappointed & will probably take my business somewhere else. Very disheartening at this any help with this matter please feel free to contact me

I bought one clip and one necklace. I think the quality of the clip is very bad and cannot close tightly. I'm thinking to return it tmr.But it's already lost some where because of the bad quality.
