i had a charm that one of the pieces came off and went to the store to see if they could help. however, i was told that the it was slightly over a year and they would not be able to do anything for me. Even at that disappointment I purchased another charm.

I had to do an exchange as well as another purchase . The exchange was super fast and easy

The associate greeted me as soon as I went in the store. My merchandise was ready. Over all experience was amazing!

Stephanie was amazing! She gave great advice and was patient with my sister, my mother and I. We all had different purchases that we wanted to make. We didn’t feel rushed and she even stayed after hours to help finish our transactions. We we’re all happy with our choices especially my mom which makes me the happiest.
