As soon as I entered someone greeted me even though I wasn’t paying attention. The staff were all friendly and polite. No one made me feel uncomfortable or intimidated and I had trouble finding a charm and earrings and the clerk help me find the perfect match. I’ve always loved Pandora and now I love it even more.

My associate tina J. went above and beyond what was necessary in helping me. I was picking up a charm for my son Girlfriend and I mentioned it wasn't one he wanted for her. Well and behold I explained the one explained to her what it looked like, and she found it for me. This is all when the pandora site said the World Trade center didn't have the item. I couldn't of asked for a more polite, professional and attentive associate than Tina J and this is 2 days before V day so I was expected to be rushed i certainely wasnt and she gift wrapped it also. Will be back soon.

Excellent, friendly customer service! The store assistant was knowledgable about the products and provided me with a positive client experience. I bought a bracelet for my friend and she helped me with her suggestions and was able to find the right size. Another assistant packed it very carefully & beautifully with a ribbon to make it look even nicer. The store looks nice and clean. I will be coming back to purchase some stuff for myself soon.
