Sam was amazing!!! I had a horrible experience at the location in Bay Plaza about a year ago and said I would never return, however Sam and her team was amazing! From the greeting to the end! Exceptional service! I was in a rush and Sam matched my energy but still delivered excellent customer service! I will definitely be back and will only shop at this location for now on!
