I was highly satisfied because the store was empty which is rare so went at the perfect time. The pandora worker who I forgot her name was super nice and she was the first to tell me of the survey. Very patient and sweet. The store had so many charms. I am 100% going back, I fell in love!!

I went in wanting a rose gold charm that I saw online and o went to the store instead and the sales associate help me as soon as I came into the store. I bought what I wanted and I’m satisfied.

I came to buy a Mother’s Day gift & I was helped out by a young lady named Carolimar she was very helpful & overall a great sales associate in helping me choose the right charms. I would definitely be buying more & recommending others to buy from that pandora jus off my experience & the great customer service. Thank you!

The salesperson Carolimar was very friendy, patient and helpful.. she went above and beyond trying to help find the perfect gift. She also is an excellent vendor cause she upsell me things that I loved but I hadn’t had intention to buy prior my visit at the store. The store at the Oculus at WTC is probably my favorite of all the stores I went!
