I went to store 0464-Westfield-WTC NYC and this is 2nd time at this store and 2nd time I was helped by Shantell who is the most beautiful and sweet person I have had the pleasure of working with. She was so helpful, courteous, genuine, she made my shopping enjoyment at Pandora the best as it was the previous time! She is outstanding and a wonderful asset to your company and her customer service skills are impeccable!!!

I called the the store looking for a rose gold safety clip... spoke to Shantell and after work went to the Pandora store and pick it up ... also Shantell help buy more charms 👍🏾

The store is always immaculate, even before COVID when there were many more people, bust most of all your sales associates are the best. I have been to a few different locations and these ladies blow them all away. The are helpful, respectful and a pleasure to shop with.

In this time of pandemic and paranoia it’s comforting to still be able to go into a store and shop without fear. The associates had a wonderful energy and you could tell they were smiling under their masks.
