I had called the store earlier in the day and spoke with Shantell advising her that I would be their before 4:30pm for an exchange. As soon as I walked in she greeted me with professionalism and ask that I give her a second to finish up with another customer. She exchanged my bracelet and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. She was such a pleasant and nice person always making sure I was taken care. We need more people like her in everyday life. She’s a keeper.

Shantell was a fantastic sales associate and I can't thank her enough for her assistance. I called earlier in the day regarding a product and Shantell was able to assist with finding the product and putting the product on hold for me to pick up later in the day. Additionally, Shantell made the checkout process quick and easy, as she knew I was rushing to get back to my car so I did not get a ticket or towed. Overall Shantell made this shopping experience seamless and efficient.

She provided me with an updated catalog for future references. She is an excellent salesperson. I can not wait to see her next week for my next purchase.

The staff were very polished and polite in a sincere way as opposed to just being in the regular work mode of politeness. I observed this because there were other customers present but everyone was served in same or similar fashion.
