Shantell was an excellent help from the phone to the in store service. She gave excellent advices and recommendations for what to add to my charm bracelet selection. I would love for her to help me choose a matching necklace in the future. I couldn't ask for a more excellent service

Sam was quick and efficient. I told her exactly what I wanted, she managed to locate everything quickly and even gave me great recommendations for the items I selected. Her own Pandora jewelry gave me great inspiration! This will definitely be my new go to location. I felt safe and their covid restrictions were very satisfying.

The store was very clean, each sales representative is helping one customer at a time. They take time to explain because it was my first time visiting Pandora and Bria (sales rep) was really helpful and help me choose my bracelet and charms.

This location is not the closets but will definitely me my first choice from now on. The sales associate Shantell did great with helping me find what I was looking for. As well as be patient with my indecisiveness LOL. She also helped me open up a credit card which I was able to use to get some more gifts instead of running around to other places. All the other associates were great as well. Extremely great full to Shantel and all her help.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She worked hard to get me and my friend everything we needed. She needed help on the floor and several employees were in the back hanging out. I thought that was wrong. She was running around helping everyone with a line forming. Team work is needed
