The sales associate Stephanie was new and you can see that she was still learning the ropes. The store manager Sam, was such a sweetheart and between the two of them I was able to get all the options that I wanted with the expressed concern of coming back. The thing I loved about Sam is that she was willing to give me all the information I needed whether or not I was purchasing that day and that reminded me of myself. Needless to say, I purchased a bracelet the the 30 years of love pendant for my 30th birthday last week. I have to return to purchase the spacers.
