Ámbar es la chica que me atendió, fue súper linda y amable conmigo, me mostró todo, me ayudo e incluso dejo que me tomara mi tiempo en todo momento, mi experiencia fue en Nueva York por lo cual, Ámbar para hacer mi experiencia aun mejor y que mi mamá pudiera ayudarme hablo en español todo momento para que me pudieran ayudar. Fue increíble, desafortunadamente no podría volver a la tienda en 90 días por la situación de la pandemia y porque soy residente de la CDMX. Excelente servicio y atención!

I asked about a product that was not on display and the salesperson new immediately what I was asking about, that they had it and where in the store to get it. She found a new and wrapped one. She was so pleasant and efficient. After buying a charm, I bought a jewelry box. I think it’s a fantastic idea to sell jewelry boxes for the jewelry sold at the store.
