As a 1st time buyer, I had visited the store a few weeks prior and spoke with an associate Amber. I was pleased with what I had seen and was excited about the product. I had shared my liking of the bracelet to my partner and he agreed to purchase a bracelet for Valentines day. So on V'day we went to the same store I had previously visited. we were greeted by amber and did a check in. Angela assisted us. she was kind, patient. even though I kind of knew what I wanted and was a little indecisive - she assisted me by asking my hobbies and what i liked to help with charm collection. and just like that a bracelet and 3 charms were purchased. I will be returning. Also the store is perfect location to my job. staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm pleased and so is my partner.
