I was able to show the associate exactly what I wanted and she was able to get what I wanted and recommend similar products. For the products that weren’t available in store she was able to tell me where they would be located in the area. Ambar was sweet and I appreciate her assistance!

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Pandora due to how wonderful, Cheryl, the associate that helped at Pandora was. She was extremely wonderful, she knows very well the product and she even told me new things yesterday that I didn’t even know, for example like the 7’S. Cheryl was a great helped yesterday.

Before going into the store I called and spoke to Shantell because I was looking for a ring that was no longer available online. She couldn't find it at first but took her time to look in another area where she thought she might find it and bingo, she found it. I was able to go that same evening to pick it up.

The Service Rep that took care of me was very knowledgeable, kind and explained the specials that was being offered by Pandora.

I went to the store in Atlantic Mall in Brooklyn they had none of the item I wanted form online updated items, so I went to the twin tower (World trade center) store in Manhattan. Love Love that store. Plz help upgrade the store in Brooklyn. I am always buying charms. and looking for new once. Thanks wanda sloan
