The associates in the store were very helpful and kind. They listened and understood what I was looking for and spent adequate time with me.

I walked in the store and was welcomed right away. The service was amazing. I will definitely be back again.

I was looking for a special charms couldn't find it, but the lady was really nice an show me other options, answer evry question and at the end I buy a charm that is beautiful. The lady was always there for me and she answer every question that I made and followed every request.

I went to another pandora store in Yonkers at cross country mall and I was very dissatisfied she didnt have any merchandise that I wanted and she was waiting on another person at the same time, I taught that was rude and unprofessional and she spoke in Spanish to the other customer while I was standing there waiting on her to assist me I decided to walked out. I could of made a scene but I'm glad I was able to do this survey hoping it will get back to the manager of this store and hope that their store gets trained in customer service.

From the moment I walked into the store, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The employee that took care of me was amazing. She knew exactly what to look for once I told her I was looking for something for my mom. I would recommend that store to anyone.
