The experience was super smooth and easy especially considering it was Black Friday. The lady who helped me was amazing! I needed help choosing a charm for my best friend who loves to travel and she really took her time showing me so many options and suggestions which I greatly appreciated.

It was crowded i put my name on the list i felt so bad because me and my sister was the last one to leave but Cheryl was so nice she asked was i being helped i said no she said I’ll help u i told her but I’m on the list she said don’t worry about it she took her time i love this location experience always great

The sales associate was very accommodating. The store was welcoming and clean with very nice assistants. I was super comfortable and not rushed to try on certain rings.
