The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello as soon as I entered the store. I asked if they had charms for a specific occasion and I was escorted to a particular area and showed the products Pandora offers.

Upon walking into the store the staff was very polite she was also very patient in assisting me choose a charm. Store was clean and organized.

The quality of the merchandise is amazing. There should be more options on retirement charms. There was no charms for that occasion which was our primary reason for visiting your store that day. Also there were no charms for Nana only grandmother. Charms like those create memories that will last forever.
