I was assisted by Denise at the West-field Mall location in the Occulus, and she was both patient and kind with my many questions regarding the current sale and which charms were included. I was slightly indecisive during my transaction, and she offered her opinion which greatly helped with my buying decision. I wanted to buy a cleaning kit as well as the charms, and she thoroughly explained how the kit works and the purpose of the bag it comes with, which i was unaware of previously. Denise went above my expectations, and deserves some recognition for being both warm and welcoming, and having a solid knowledge of the items she sold.
