1. I was greeted by Genesis, who placed my name on a waitlist, 2. Approximately 15 minutes later, she approached and introduced me to Stephanie, who assisted me with my orders. 3. There were several items unavailable but Stephanie provided me with other products similar to the out-of-stock ones.

The wait was very minimal. The salespeople were welcoming & friendly. Sales associate Genesis at the 185 Greenwich St location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was awesome

The ease of ordering, the clarity of instructions for pickup. The pickup process is seamless. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It is very clean in the location I went to, World Trade Center.
