I was buying a Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend I had a hard time picking the perfect pendant to match her. The Sales associate narrowed down a few choices with the best sellers and her personal favorites. This helped a lot and made me come with the perfect gift. Not only that she helped with the necklace since it comes separate. In addition, I wanted to get a charm and I was curious about the safety chains and she said it was a great gift because serves as a safety to the bracelet just in case the bracelet opens up by accident. I told her my girl had a lot of charms so this charm really made up for it. Thank you so much

I love the Pandora brand! The Sales associates are very welcoming and helpful. I am a frequent shopper at the store. I came in to make a quick purchase. The Sales associates recignized me. Asked if I was on my break and was extremely helpful and accommodating with completing my purchase. Charmed as always by my Pandora shopping experience!! 😍

The staff were friendly and they attended me fairly quick. The place was full so it took a little longer to be given service. Overall it was a nice and quick shopping stop.
