The store was very busy, as it was the last Friday before Christmas.Yet the associates , especially Shelby, acknowledged customers. I came in because of a postcard I received regarding an ornament gift from Pandora that I’ve been carrying for days. Even though she knew I was not shopping this time, she did not ignore me, & she set the expectations well. PS - I do come in to shop in this location from time to time & I’m always happy with the service.

My sales associate were great! I only took my daughter to get measure for a bracelet, but with our associate we actually purchase the bracelet along with two additional items. Very professional retail associate Great time efficency
