The first person that assisted me gave me a little attitude. I forgot her name but luckily I was able to meet Rosa V. She was absolutely fabulous. She was very patient and understanding of my concerns. I was trying to buy something for my girlfriend and I was completely clueless when it comes to charms, bracelets and etc. She walked me through and shown me every she has in selection. She is absolutely tried her best to accommodate me in anyway because one of the charms was not in store/could not be ordered to that store. Just wanted to note that there was some discrepancy between the Online website and in-store. Some of the packages that I want was online but did not show in stores or through mobile, which was very upsetting. Additionally, in-store the iPad was unable to order one of the charms for me, it was not allowed causing me to spend more money overall. Nevertheless I am happy with what I brought but if I was on a tighter budget or needed that specific charm, I would've wasted an hour there.

My first time shopping at this location. The saleswoman was very friendly and informative, she assure me if I didn't see them item I was looking for to let her know. A phone call or a special order could be made. I appreciate good, friendly service. Two thumbs up.

Quick efficient kind smart beautiful women working there particularly Sheryl and Eei. So professional I do not like 42nd St. I do not like Bay Plaza but I love world trade. iPad passed all of those locations to come all way downtown
