Pandora Jewelry

This was my first time ever going to a Pandora store. I love the variety of charms and bracelets to choose from. I enjoyed my experience. The associate Johanna was very helpful.

Positive experience

I was holiday in New York had an idea what I wanted spoke with the staff showed me what I was looking for very simple and uncomplicated.

First of all, the store was laid out VERY well; large enough to move around easily but small enough that you easily could find what you were looking for. Secondly, sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Finally, the new items were clearly displayed in their own area so you knew what you were looking at - it was great!!

The sales associates have the perfect balance of attentiveness without disturbing my shopping experience. I appreciate how knowledgeable and familiar they are with the Pandora brand and new product lines. Sales associate Denise R. Is always pleasant, patient and even remembered my name! I have shopped at other stores over the past few years. My experiences have been the best at the West Field World Trade Center site!

The sales associate was very kind. She and I share the same ring size. She was very helpful from the beginning.

Denise provided excellent service. She acknowledged and welcomed me when I entered the store. While a customer was deciding and trying on the product, Denise was able to ask if I needed assistance and directed me to the New York specific charms I was looking for. She was very efficient in finalizing my purchases.

Johanna was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and attentive.
