The manager that helped me, Bintou, was everything! Friendly, courteous and helpful. The service was amazing. She made me aware of all promotions and was very attentive to everything I told her I wanted. 5 star experience during this visit. She even got me to save 10% off by opening a card. She was great!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at pandora due to the sale associate Jocelyn U. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I visited pandora for the sale (spend $100 and get 1 bracelet free) or spend $300 get 3 bracelet free) initially I had planned on spending only $100 dollars to get one bracelet free because I wanted to start up travel/vacation bracelet. I visited the store during my lunch hour and time was of essence but she assisted me in selecting the perfect charms for my bracelet and even helped me with a start up bracelet for my daughter. I spent over $240 dollars then I decided to return to the store after work to purchase $300 because I was so close to obtaining a third bracelet. I went back she exchanged the merchandise then repurchased them with ease. She also gave me some more great ideas for my daughter’s charm bracelet as well as mines based on our story. The love and guardian bracelet was an excellent idea of hers and the martini glass for myself was also helpful based on my trip to Italy. Shh what happens in Rome stays in Rome. Lol. She was absolutely amazing!!!
