Our sales associates Kate was very knowledgable about the products that were available, and she had wonderful recommendations on which pieces would mix well with what. She was always very responsive when we asked a question and fulfilled my every Pandora need.

Visiting from out of town and the staff made the experience more than great shopping.

The associate i was working with was very friendly and helpful. She told me about deals and promotions and even helped to find the correct color after one of the rings I ordered over the phone was incorrect.

Brooklyn store was perfect/only 1 there they couldn't have been any nicer or helpful! Also visit Westfield/Soho I travel all over the world and go to every Pandora I can find, and PANDORA selection for "country specific" is horrible! Not in stock charms/no way to order while there-or no charms at all, we were told they had to earn the right for a charm? Really! love your concept but you keep missing the mark. Its very disappointing.
