The customer service representative was very welcoming, pleasant, and patient with us while we shopped. All of our items were perfectly wrapped and packaged with care.

Ms.Natalia was very good and patient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and help me pick out a nice bracelet and charms . She was even great to my 4 year old who was getting a bracelet as well. I would 100 percent come back to see her and shop . Also the guy In the store was very nice as well and kind he played a big role by getting customers to be ready by looking at the online store inventory. Everything was worth the buy expect that I lost my 4 year old clip that’s not supposed to come off and her charms slide right off I was very disappointed with that because the sale lady Ms.Natalia was pushing for me to get it for her bracelet so that problem wouldn’t happen. I Also did spend a nice amount of money they didn’t give a coupon at the end for next visit after spending so much I would have thought I would have gotten something.

The sales person was extremely helpful. I was trying to make a new bracelet so she cleaned my charms and helped me pick out a bracelet and additional charms.
