The Associate was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Lauren was very knowledgeable and friendly. She approached us to let us know she was available if we had any questions and prepared our engraved charm for us. She packaged up our purchase with great care and overall provided a great customer experience with quick service.

It was my first time in a Pandora store and looking at the merchandise. I am looking for my granddaughter. The Sales Associate was friendly, and attentive to all of my questions. She was personally wearing some Pandora items and modeled them for us and explained about the "clips," etc. I did purchase several items in the store and hope to return.

Upon entering we were immediately greated. We asked to see the items we wanted and the gentleman knew exactly which ones and provides them for us to make our decision. In addition to charms, we also purchased a charm ring holder. We didn't realize they were available in small and large until the gentleman brought it to our attention. What a difference, we got the large :-) The payment process was simple, paid at charm counter with portable unit instead of having to go elsewhere to pay. Very satisfied with entire experience.

The sales associates were great. One answered my fact finding questions. I left, decided this was the gift I wanted and went back. 2nd associated walked my thru the engraving process and the gift was perfect.
