Welcomed when I arrived. Small wait. Sales rep was so kind to a young man buying a cross for himself. Sale associates pulled out everything I wanted to see. She even spoke to me in my native language. Assistant Manager cleaned my jewelry while I shopped. They placed my charms on my bracelet.

The sales associate gave us immediate attention. She was very helpful and cleaned my daughter's bracelet for her. And also showed us other items to look at.

The person that helped me, Ella, was absolutely wonderful. the store was busy but she took her time with my wife and I. She never rushed us, we never felt like her attention was elsewhere. she was friendly and awesome. highly recommend her.
