Usually the customer service is excellent. I have looked forward to meeting with a sales person at pandora with there friendly and accurate suggestions of fashion fill ins. I even take my sisters and it's like a private showing, because of the customer service. Thank you pandora for teaching each employee well and hopefully you are doing well by each employee.

I purchased my first Pandora bracelet at another store, in which they didn't take the time to explain. I was so thankful to this team at Annapolis who took the time to explain to me how I can take better care of my bracelet.
