After waiting longer than I wanted, the sales associate was able to help me with my exchange and offer great advice on charms to add onto my bracelet. She was interested in satisfying my wishes and pleasures. Unlike some others I have experienced.

Associate was very helpful and attentive. She offered suggestions on charms and placement on my necklace and bracelet. Additionally, she informed me that I could save 10% if opened pandora credit card then assisted me with doing so.

I enjoyed the sales associate's knowledge of the merchandise. Love the bangle I purchased. Will be adding to my charm bangle.

I wanted to buy a ring for my daughter who is graduating HS this coming week. And when we got into the store an associate acknowledged us right away and ask for an assistance. We are so happy to be warmly welcome(sorry I forgot the name of the lovely lady) but she’s very helpful and so patient to us looking for a nice ring for my daughter. We don’t feel like we are rushed to choose what my daughter really like before we purchase. It’s a wonderful experience that we had. Hoping that there are more associate like her!! Great Job! I love the customer service here at this Pandora location! It is spot on, and I always feel welcomed here. Gaelle & Karen C. at the counter ensured that I was well-taken care of and assisted me to find some items that I didn't readily locate. Gaelle actually held my item for me until I got the store location to collect it! KUDOS TO HER, as it took A LOT of effort to get this particular charm! ^_^ Gaelle and Karen C. were quite caring and patient with me, and I appreciated them for this assistance. Please ensure that all IN-STORE Pandora employees receive a pay raise, JUST for getting us through the pandemic. They are more than worth their weight in gold -wink-. Thanks to their skill and expertise, they have helped us as consumers to navigate some treacherous waters. KUDOS! \O/
