I already currently own a Pandora braclet, I stopped in because my father passed away at the beginning of February and I had a charm made with his fingerprint. The clasp on that charm was far too tiny for my charm bracelet and was shooting for the stars just walking in and seeing if they had a clasp I could use to attach it to my Pandora bracelet. The store manager helped me and right away had something in mind that she thought would work. It was perfect! She was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful right from the beginning and out of all the purchases I made that day, that one tiny clasp was by far the most important to me because now that I could attach my father's charm to my bracelet, no matter where I go, my father can leave his mark. I couldn't tell you how thankful I was.

The associate was so helpful. I had no idea that Pandora did free cleanings. I was so pleased with the service that I made an unplanned purchase of a gift for my sister and myself!
