Had a not so great experience at another location, this location was great!

My eldest daughter bought me two charms that I already had on my bracelet. The charms that I wanted to exchange were only available at the Georgetown location according to the website. Once at the store, my exchange was very seamless as the sales associates were very knowledgeable and accomodating.

I visited the Annapolis location and Lauren was the nicest person I've done business with.

The sales girl was very nice and welcoming. She didn’t make me feel rushed when I chose my charm, we spoke about it and why I chose that one. She helped me figure out how to take my bracelet off easier 🙂

The young lady that helped us was very pleasant, and helpful to us while we tried to decide that items to select.
