I love the products and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Shannon informed me I was so close to qualifying for a free bracelet and I bought the cleaner and got a free bracelet for my granddaughter.

I was extremely satisfied because of easy it was to shop in the store. Everyone was being mindful of the CDC guidelines which was good. The sales associate that helped me was super knowledgeable and friendly.

In spite of it being a big event going on I didn't have to wait that long for assistance. Once I got my own assistant she was GREAT. Gelin (pronounced Helen) was awesome. She was very informative on the products I asked about and was able to give me great suggestions for my present & future purchases.

We were acknowledged as we came into the store. The associate helped me right away and showed me what I was looking for. She listened and helped with the arrangement of the charms for my bracelet. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to give it to my sister for her birthday.

The rep that assisted me was Tayonia and she was just so sweet and helpful. I had to do an exchange of a charm and I love that she gave me options and worked with me. She also held a genuine conversation with my sister and me, while we were there and was extremely friendly. That's why I continue to go to this location, the staff is great and the service is awesome!
