Store is always attractive & clean. Sales associate was knowledgeable, patient and kind. Entire transaction occurred within 10 minutes!!

Elizeth provided excellent customer service. She asked me questions to help narrow down my search of charms. She was very patient while I made my selections and very knowledgeable about the store's inventory. She even suggested the engraving of a charm. Totally satisfied customer :-)

I will highly satisfied with pandora because their workers are so kind and friendly and i will highly recommed a friend or co-worker to shop at pandora. They helped out by selecting a bracelet it was just amazing.

One of the customer service representatives greeted me immediately and with a smile 😃 upon entry even while already helping a customer. I felt special. Although she wasn't the associate that helped me, the one who did immediately prompted me to her for assistance and she was as equally helpful. She offered suggestions that I was very pleased with. And the only reason I'm not likely to return within the next 90 days has nothing to do with customer service, im just spent out for treating myself to more Pandora for right now as much as I'd like to return today! 😊
