My overall experience was wonderful. Assistant manager Demi was very helpful and when she introduced me to the new In graving charms I was even more happy. Thank you for all your help Demi.

It was the salespersons, Aidee and Amelia. Every store has them, that kind and experienced manner, but these two women where great and Amelia, after searching tirelessly for a replacement for my broken/cherished necklace, was able to repair it. Amazing!

The woman who waited on my daughter and I was so kind and went out above and behind. My daughter got a ring that was simple but elegant for a reasonable price.

She was very helpful with helping me with my purchase of a new bracelet and she volunteered to clean the one that I was wearing. I was so pleased with how it turned out after she cleaned it and I will definitely be back and I will ask for Demi because she was so pleasant.
