The sales associate was very helpful and recommended things that would keep the charms on the bracelet from falling off. She also took a considerable amount of time to explain how to keep the charms from damaging each other. Lastly she recommend and explained the cleaning solution process. She was very helpful.

My boyfriend brought me here to surprise me with an early Mother’s Day gift. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the sales associate was so helpful and easily identified things I really liked without even knowing me or my style. She made me feel like she was offering things I would like and not just things that would make a sale.
