Great customer service

I visited the Pandora in Annapolis Mall. I was shopping for other things but when I walked by, I thought I would give my mom a gift. There was a short line but it did not take long for my turn. There were a few people being helped in the store so I was helped directly outside the door of the shop. The person directing the line was knowledgeable of the products and immediately told a sales associate what I was looking for. The sales associate sanitized the station brought the items over. I asked to see a few elephant charms for my mothers bracelet. I quickly selected the one I wanted, was rung up, bagged up and was on my way! Quick and easy :)

I was looking for a particular item that was listed as out of stock online but was pleased to see that it was available in store to purchase. It was so beautiful and I was so excited to purchase it.
