I loved the customer service. The only thing I dislike is the lack of sports charms you all have. A lot of us are sports moms and want to support our kids in sports or get them for our girls. We need ALL sports. Not just certain ones for certain cultures. Everyone isn’t soccer moms

The staff were amazing always asked if anything in particular I like or how they could assist me with help , definitely going back soon.

Sales associates were friendly. My sales person showed me other Christmas charms which led me to purchase an addition charm. Other sales associate showed me a bracket that I will definitely come back to get on Black Friday!
