Sondra and Katie were extremely friendly when I came into the store. I had a problem with an exchange at the Kenwood store in Cincinnati (The manger was Jason). Jason wouldn't exchange my bracelet. My bracelet was a gift from a friend when she was in Atlanta over the weekend. She purchased the bracelet on July 12th. The store that it was purchased from was a merchant store and couldn't be exchanged. Jason didn't offer me any solution. He was also helping another customer. I felt rushed. Jason repeatively told me that the Atlanta store would have to assist me. I was devastated. I called the Atlanta store and they suggested I go to a different store because Pandora should have exchanged the bracelet. When I arrived to the Crestview Hill store which was a 25 minute drive from the Kenwood store, Sondra and Katie welcomed me into the store with a friendly smile. I explained the situation, and without any hesitation the ladies helped me immediately. I got to exchange my bracelet with no problems. I will be definitely back to the Crestview Hills store to make another purchase.

I immediately felt welcomed as soon as i walked into the store. The sales associate Sym was very helpful and knew exactly where everything was that I needed. She was knowledgeable of products and was friendly. I would come back to this Pandora just for the customer service.
