The sales associate was very friendly and was very helpful. She greeted me when I entered the store and then let me browse. She checked on me and answered all my questions!!

I’ve vistied the store a few times buying charms for my mothers bracelet. This time I purchased a bracelet for myself. I knew I wanted a bangle. After viewing a few different options the store manager showed me a silver and rose gold closed bangle. She also showed me a rose gold dream catcher charm. I bought both items. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

It’s my 40 th birthday, and I had looked online for a birthday charm. I was able to just go to my home store and purchase it that day!

I was super happy that they had the pieces I was looking for, however, the store was kind of messy, lots of boxes around and looked like it was under renovation but no renovation was actually happening, not like what I would expect in a high quality retail experience. The sales associates were nice enough, but seemed disinterested and like we were bothering them by being there. She was very short with her responses and I felt like we were trying to be super friendly.

Kati and the other girl that was helping my mother and I, were amazing and so friendly. They helped me pick out the right charms and also rearranged my bracelet so it was balanced and looked even. I left the store highly satisfied and will definitely return.
