I went in because my ring was losing stones to it, and it had been over a year so I couldn’t get it replaced. I ended up just buying a new one in hopes that it will last longer this time!

I found a charm for my birthday that I felt was awesome and I love it.

Returned to this store for the sale that was sent to my email and purchased additional merchandise. Found exactly what I was looking for and was impressed with the customer service.

my sales associate was amazing! she was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable about the product! it was my first time in a pandora store and I will definitely continue to go to this location! I told her that I was looking for a charm, not really knowing a specific charm but just a specific category. not only did she have lots of ideas of what I might like, but she also didn’t try to sell me the most expensive charm in the store. she knew I was just shopping for something small and gave me great options to choose from! the Crestview Hills KY Pandora is where it’s at!!!

I was able to exchange my first ring. Then when there was a defect I was able to exchange that one for a new ring. Very easy and smooth.

The item I purchased was in an outdated book. The price was adjusted to match the quoted piece. I can assure you that I would not have purchased it without that price adjustment. The sales associate identified the price difference and it was resolved quietly and quickly by the manager. Great service without hesitation.

The staff was very helpful and I was able to purchase the necklace and the charms that I had seen on the app. The purchase was a gift for my wife and she was very impressed with it. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
