I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get when I came in the store. The sales associate was very helpful in showing me different options. I did decide on an elephant charm for my daughter.

The Sales Associate that I worked with was great. I had come in the day prior looking for something specific that the associate told me they did not have. It seemed odd to me because I frequently shop here, so I took a book that had the selection in and went home to review. I found what I was looking for, so re-visited the next day & the associate found it in a matter of seconds. It just would have been nice to have had such a knowledgeable associate the day prior, so I did not have to return.

Had some questions about the different bracelets. Associate was very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a guard.

Sondra is extremely patient in the process of explaining and helping us choose a gift. She also was very helpful in suggesting what charms would look best on the bracelet, as we were going off of a photograph.

As soon as I walked in someone was there to help me. I told her I wanted a ring and she immediately got my size and showed me all the rings they had in my size. Very nice and helpful.

The sales associate was great! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a good selection to choose from.

Went in with pictures of products I wanted to buy and the sales associate that waited on me knew where to find items I wanted and although she didn’t have one or the items I requested she recommended something similar and I purchased that item as well as others.
