Sales associate was very friendly and helpful when answering all my questions and showing me products. I forgot my pandora card and she even went out of her way to find it in the files because the system was down to pull my account up.

I went in looking for a new bracelet and charms that were very symbolic due to a recent adoption and loss of family member. Jake took his time to listen to my story and to help me decide on which charms would be best based on price range.

First time in this particular location and plan to return. The sales staff was helpful with my questions and I enjoyed interacting with them.

They had the charm I wanted. The associate was friendly and very helpful. She gift wrapped the charm and it was a fast,easy transaction.

I was notified of the sale by email. The sales personnel was immediately available to assist me. And she helowd me get the most products from the sale restrictions. A bracelet that i originally wanted was nothing instock, but we worked around that problem. I left very satisfied.
