The store manager was so helpful and polite on the phone... we were visiting from california and my mom and I wanted a cincinnati charm from Ohio and with an early flight the next day we had only 15 minutes to get tp the store before closing! We just made it and he and the other associate took their time with us and we ended up buying 5 charms instead of just 2!
