Katelyn H was a very sweet, very friendly salesperson. I had a charm i wanted added & she took care of it & actually added a rubber piece to one of my stoppers without being asked. She was very helpful when we told her we were going to NYC & she explained that if we want a charm exclusive to NYC, we need to go to an authorized Pandora store. Very pleased with everything

The salesman Jake was very polite an helpful on helping me choose charms for the occasion I was looking for. He was also good at recommending thing he noticed I might like. I was very highly satisfied with my visit,I’ll be back for more charms very soon.

The sales designer, was very attentive and knew his stuff. I would return to this location to work with him on choosing more items. He was the best sales associate in the Crestview hills location.

Daphne was very friendly and open to listening as to why I was purchasing the items I was. She made recommendations and went above and beyond trying to find the perfect fit for our hands. She explained that if the ring didn’t fit the person not present we could bring it back for the right size.
