I had to exchange a ring I purchased the other day for my daughter. I again was helped by Abbie. She was very helpful, remembering our last transaction. She was able to quickly get our exchange handled in a friendly and efficient manner.

The sales associates immediately welcomed me. They were patient in my browsing and offered help when I needed it. They did I not hover or were pushy in any way. Very nice, gave me options to what I was in the market for.

The sales attendant was personable and I was offered assistance quickly. The sales attendant spend ample time with me to make my selection. The sales attendant assisted me with the rearrangement of my charms on my bracelet during my purchase.

I was in the store on the last day of the 40% off sale. The store was very busy and several customers were waiting for assistance, myself included. The sales staff thanked the waiting customers for their patience, and didn't make the customer they were serving feel rushed.

Our salesman Jake was absolutely wonderful!! He helped us pick out the perfect charm for her daughter. He went over a few different charms with us and helped us picked out the perfect charm !!
