Jenn was very friendly, knowledge about the products and efficient. My back started hurting so she brought a chair for me to sit down. Normally they don't have a chair sitting out for customers. Not sure why that is. I know the kenwood store in Cincinnati ohio has one or two.

The Sales Associate, Jake, took the time to help me redo my bracelets so they were more balanced and he cleaned my charms and bracelets. Additionally, he replaced the rubber buffer on one of my charms so it wouldn't slide around. He was extremely knowledgeable about the charms and helped me choose additional charms to complete the look I was going for. It was the unhurried manner and personal attention that impressed me about Jake.

Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. The store had what I was looking for. I was able to get in and out with my purchase in a reasonable amount of time with no hassle.

If I were interested in a job, I'd strongly consider Pandora because of my experience with this specific store and sales associate (141510--forgot her name!).
