The associate, Jake, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Jake added my new charms to the bracelet and fixed a stopper. He helped me with the new earrings as well. I appreciated his friendliness.

The quality and over all appearance of the product. The staff is friendly and helpful. The return/exchange policy is awesome.

Upon arrival, sales associate was very nice. She helped me with what I was there for and explained how to use the cleaning kit for my bracelet. Also, she helped try to find a charm I am currently looking for but did not have (a plain football or football helmet, with no logo.) I appreciate her kindness and helpfulness!

The sales team at this location are great....all of them are helpful and will go out of their way to wait on you. The sales team is very knowledgeable about the charms. Friendly atmosphere. I think the sales team has just as much fun helping to create a bracelet as I do in making one.

I went on line and found a set of birthstone jewelry, I contacted the store and Katelyn found them and set them in the back for me. I went to the store and she made some suggestions of other jewelry that matched the set, I plan on returning and purchasing them at a later date. The overall experience was great!
